What is Neuro Informed Talk Therapy?
Neuro Informed Talk Therapy is a space where we use evidence-based techniques to help you break out of old emotional patterns and respond differently to life's challenges. If you find yourself falling into the same spirals, this approach gives you practical tools to disrupt those habits and create lasting change. It’s a supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, practice new responses to triggers, and process the feelings that come with personal growth.
What does a typical session look like?
I am a client-centered therapist. This means that you lead the way. You get to use the time and space to process what YOU need. We will typically spend the beginning of the session checking in before implementing any specific tools/techniques to help aid your goals. I offer insight and make connections as needed. We work together. Sessions are 50 minutes every week virtually.

Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance at this time. I would be happy to provide superbills upon request, which can help with reimbursement for some insurance plans.
